I’m proud of starting off not knowing how to Weld pipe and then progressing to been able to Weld a 610 Root 7018 fill and Cap on a 6 g Pipe Test

This was my first grade, i was nervous and scared of failing. I told myself in my had you can do it over and over again. I made a 91, this was one of the proudest moments for me. I’m proud to be a TWS student.

I love to finish a cap bead in a single pass on 2” pipe, and that’s exactly what I’m doing here! TIG is absolutely my favorite process because the amount of control the welder has. LOVE IT!

I’m proud of my accomplishments in completing welding now that I am in pipefitting. I learned I had to take my time and watch my angles being that I’m left handed.

I am most proud about the Root in this Weld. 5 Inch 5G Position. One of the challenges faced was getting the bottom part as perfect as the sides and top. This was for a bend test and i passed!

This picture was taken on my first day of class. I’m proud of the weld because it shows me how far I’ve come and each obstacle Ive had to overcome. This weld taught me every thing I needed to know in order to advance through this course.
