With the help and knowledge of all the staff I was able to move quickly up the ladder with my employment. I am currently in a lead position and I owe it all to TWS.

Best experience of my life
I struggled a little starting out but the instructors were so helpful. Staffing after and working one on one with the best welders I’ve ever met was an experience I’ll never forget and will always be grateful for.

Best welding school in the United States
I traveled from California to attend tulsa welding school. Everyone I met was knowledgeable and helpful as well as answered every question I had with detail. Everyone told me “you get out what you put in” and they weren’t lying. Every instructor had a great deal of experience and was able to help me whenever I had a problem. I graduated top of my class with the help of the staff and instructors at that school. In my opinion it is the best knowledge that money can buy from a school. What program did you attend?Professional WelderName or screen nameJoshua HawkinsAdd a profile photo (optional)%profilePhotoDiv.ne%2020-03-23 23:49:18 -

Great Instructors and experience!!!
7 months really pays off! The instructors explain to you what you need to do to get great results in your welds, they will demonstrate how to do everything that you need to do, and they’re always there to help you no matter what! Career services go above and beyond to make sure that you get a good start in your welding career. The campus president and dean are great people and they make sure any problems you have are taken care of. Tulsa Welding School is by far the best place to go to start your welding career and to make sure you get out in the field to start making a difference in your life. A great friendly environment, get people, overall great experience. I highly recommend this place that everyone should go to this place to have a great career that pays excellent. I am happy to be TWS graduate of 2019!!!

A road to success.
My name is William Guerrero-Pena and I attended TWS because I wanted a career with a immediate impact. I saw alot of friends, coworkers that have degrees , owe alot of student loans and doing the same i am doing. I didn’t want to go back to school and end up having a degree that is useless to me and don’t impact me financially in a positive way. Also, I am 39 years old, and i need something i can study which is short, sweet and i can make alot of money. i have graduated as a Pipefitter and my options are great. TWS is a great place to learn a trade and believe me, it was over in no time. I have learned alot, especially if I wasn’t a hands on person. My teacher was awesome!!
I would recommend TWS to anyone. If you aren’t a handyman, don’t worry. Shop time will definitely mold you into someone that is comfortable in what you are doing.Thank you TWS for giving me the opportunity to make a impact on my life. Now it’s up to me.
And guess what, the sky is the limit!William Guerrero-Pena

professional welders course
The course was fast paced which we all knew, but some of the phases the teachers had too many students so we didn’t get the instructor time we needed. Basically there needs to be more instructors or less students perphase

Great experience
The school is well rounded, the welding program is only 7 months long and the pipefitting program is 3 months long. You (as a student) are able to learn everything you need to know about the phase you are in (phases are specific to certain weld positions and done with specific processes) in only 3 weeks. I myself have learned many new tricks from the seasoned welders, who are the instructors, that I still use today.

Hands-Down one of the BEST experiences in my Life!!!!!!
The program went by so fast once I started to finish. I did not know how to weld a single bead. Look at me know in just 7 months, I have a welding job doing what I learned. I received everything I am paying for with my tuition money. I enjoyed the experience from the Student service, to the Instructors, to the Career service, and all the different types of Office personnel. I highly recommend this School. I am 38 years old, an will tell anyone my age or older YOU are never to old to do something for yourself and your family. God Bless the Lord and All Personnel…….. Thank you All

Training!!
I value hands on training, you get plenty of it here. And because of it, I got a good paying job in Texas as a Welder. Good experience, learn a large variety of welding methods
There were many excellent instructors who were willing to take the time to teach one on one. I learned all the common welding methods and have used almost all of my knowledge on the job. One of the few schools that teaches downhill pipe welding. I wouldn’t have been able to take a two year welding course, so I was glad to be able to get it done in about 7 months. I now have an excellent job TIG welding pipe in the oil/energy industry. What program did you attend?Professional WelderName or screen nameMitch KoistinenAdd a profile photo (optional)%profilePhotoDiv.ne%2020-03-23 23:49:18 -

Makin the big bucks!
i graduated in july 2008, a rough time to be in the job market, i had a job in my home town of Amarillo tx in 5 months. i rose through the ranks quickly and started making over $2000 a week within 3 years. After just taking 1 year off of work (after i paid the house off). i just tested with TIC and start my new job here in Craig Co making $28 hr, and $80 per diem as a structural welder (60 hrs a week, you do the math). i will be home around christmas, and plain on taking another few months off.
Welding has given me EVERYTHING i have today, Tusla Welding School got me where i am at today, and i thank them for that!
