STUDENT PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE

To help support yourself while attending Tulsa Welding School, you might want a part-time job. You could use the money to pay for tuition, rent, gas, entertainment, etc.

We understand many of our students are away from home for the first time and/or they’re in an unfamiliar city. Our employment advisor will do everything possible to assist you find work while attending welding school. We network with various employers in the area who often hire our students.

The jobs will vary greatly depending on your background and your hours of availability. Finding employment is not always immediate, so be financially prepared for the first four to six weeks.

Keep in mind:
• When applying or interviewing, wear the appropriate attire
• Be prepared to provide dates of previous employment and two forms of identification
• Continue to report to the Employment Advisor weekly until you are employed
• Keep the Employment Advisor updated on your employment status
• Be neat, clean, and on time for all interviews and follow-up appointments
