The TWS Employment Department staff assists graduates in preparing resumes, conducting employment searches, attending interviews, and passing employer weld tests.

Welding jobs aren’t hard to find. In fact the demand for TWS trained welders is far greater than the number of graduates our school produces. The demand for skilled welders is expected to grow into the next decade and beyond.

With the United States government estimating expenditures of approximately $1.6 trillion for infrastructure development and improvement over the next five years, TWS graduates will be at the forefront of addressing the shortage of workers capable of meeting that demand.
