ABOUT TULSA WELDING SCHOOL

TWS was founded in 1949 by two welders who recognized a strong demand for skilled tradesman in their industry. Over 60 years later, TWS has evolved into an educational institution that prepares students for welding and hvac/r careers that apply to a multitude of specialties and applications.

Staff and students work together in our lab area.

We train our graduates for the skills, knowledge, and the workplace attitudes essential to enter the profession of welding or inspection. Graduates who put forth the dedication, commitment to excel, and workplace experience in their welding or inspection profession have the potential to obtain a lasting and rewarding welding career.

TWS Jacksonville is now offering the Electro-Mechanical Technologies program that trains students in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) with solar technologies. Climate control, refrigeration, and solar careers offer versatile opportunities in residential and commercial settings.

Students are the heart of Tulsa Welding School.

We're proud of the strong partnership between our staff and students. We know adjusting to a new environment can be difficult, so we build a bridge for our students by providing ongoing support and guidance. Our team provides a host of student services, including housing assistance, temporary job assistance, and when you graduate, we also provide graduate employment assistance.
