Opened new roads in my life
I thought the program was a little fast at times but you tend to catch on after awhile I did ok in the program some of guys learned faster or had more experience. I learned the more you burn the more you learn but I took all the skills and processes that I learned out into the field and became better than what I thought I would be and the opportunities just keep coming and on a quick path to run my own crew and learn new welding processes. The school is based on how much you put into it is how much you’ll get back after you graduate.

great experience
Great school all the instructors where very helpful and courteous learned more about welding in a a few months than I had learned about anting in my whole life. Pipe fitting was one of the most challenging and rewording things I have ever done in my life and I would highly recommend it to anyone who took there work seriously and with pride and enjoys a good challenge. I have nothing but high regard and respect for the institution and would recommend there welding program to anyone wanting employment in the welding industry.

Great program
It is a great welding program, the small classes help by giving the instructors the chance to help the students one by one. All teachers have experience in the field and thats a great thing about them because they are able to give students advice and tricks to make it easier and give them and understanding of how really is out there. There is some minor changes that should be made for example booths that need light or the work tables but other than that it is a great school with awesome instructors and staff.

Great stepping stone
After leaving Tulsa I was working at JCB as a welder for close to 3 years and just recently accepted a job on the port of savannah as a M&R inspector this was possible from the experience that I received at TWS!!

Awesome Experience!!
I completed the program in 7 months and it was an amazing experience! The teachers really helped me and motivated me when I doubted myself. This school offers a great program and I’m so happy I got my Welding Specialist Certification here. If I had to do it all over again, I would definetly choose Tulsa Welding School again.

inspection course
Tom moffit is what makes that course we’ll worth it. The information he teaches and beats into your brain is like none other. I’ve come out knowing more then most guys I work with. However the school likes to give idiot students too many chances. Kick the dumb ones out and you’ll have a better reputation. What program did you attend?Assoc., Occupational Studies in Welding TechnologyName or screen namejacob krusemarkAdd a profile photo (optional)%profilePhotoDiv.ne%2020-03-23 23:49:18 -

Bang for your buck!
It is a fast paced program that covers just about all the basics. It takes about 7 and a half months to complete and now that I am graduated the hardest part of getting a job is deciding which one I personally would enjoy most. I would recommend TWS to anyone who is looking to start a career in the welding field. What program did you attend?Professional WelderName or screen nameJon RisleyAdd a profile photo (optional)%profilePhotoDiv.ne%2020-03-23 23:49:18 -

Great Experience, Awesome Curriculum, Extremely Knowledgeable Instructors
As a veteran of the U.S. Army, I developed very high expectations when it comes to training and instruction. The professionals at TWS Jax met those expectations time after time. In 7 months I completed the Professional Welder program, in which I learned so much about welding and different tips/tricks to enhance my capabilities. The staff at TWS Jax also assisted me in Resume Prep, and Job search assistance. They do so much to ensure that each individual becomes successful in whatever field he/she decides to enter. The knowledge and skills I received from my instructors, in addition to the opportunities that TWS offers made it worth every penny! If I would’ve known what I know now about welding 8 years ago I would’ve attended TWS a long time ago.

TWS review
TWS was a great experience for me, though I was in the first graduation class and they were still a little rough around the edges trying to get things up and running properly, they still managed to teach and provide the learning material I used today in my job. Though the students could use a little more accessibility there (with getting supplies and materials (coupons, rods, grinding disc and wire wheels)) it’s a great program and I’m am always proud when I tell a fellow employee or anybody who ask where I graduated from, I always reply with a smile on my face “Tulsa welding school”.

Welder
Even though I had welded for a little while before attending the program it taught me a lot. The main thing I learned was the processes before school I just knew too weld never learned all the little things about welding or the correct processes for certain welding procedures. What program did you attend?Professional WelderName or screen nameChris ParkerAdd a profile photo (optional)%profilePhotoDiv.ne%2020-03-23 23:49:18 -

Great base of knowledge
Tulsa welding school changed my life! It sounds corny but attending tws has proven to be one of the best choices I’ve made in my life. I completed the master welder in December of 2011. I’ve been working in a pressure vessel shop for the last 4 years. The skills I learned at tws gave me a great base of knowledge to build my career on. In the last 4 years as a full time welder. I have earned $10/hr in raises and tens of thousands of dollars in quarterly and yearly bonuses. I have no doubts that the skills I accquired during my time at tws are the reason for my success. Tws gave me the ability to provide my family with the life they deserve. What program did you attend?Professional WelderName or screen nameSeth RainesAdd a profile photo (optional)%profilePhotoDiv.ne%2020-03-23 23:49:18 -

An amazing opportunity in a world where we are needed.
I came to this program never touching a welding machine at all in my life. As the weeks progressed I learned a lot of different welds. I had some amazing instructors. I can say this school, from the president to the instructors are always looking out for your best intentions on becoming a qualified welder. You do get what you put into school. Never fear of asking an instructor for help. They will get into the booth and help you to the fullest. I am glad I looked into Tulsa welding school. I learned a lot and am on my own way to a welding career with the help of the career advisors. Always if you believe, you can achieve. Thank you Tulsa welding school staff for all that you do.What program did you attend?Professional WelderName or screen nameStephen PenroseAdd a profile photo (optional)%profilePhotoDiv.ne%2020-03-23 23:49:18 -

My experience with Tulsa Welding School of Jacksonville
I attended TWS summer 2010 till spring 2011; TWS was great and the program was informative and thorough. I left the program confident in my welding skills. The career specialists helped me with my resume and job search, and also helped me nail my interview skills. Thanks to TWS I have been with a stronge growing company that has recently gone international for the past 5 years . I travel the world, such as Progue, Check.. Scotland, Canada, and England. I’ve also been all over the united States, approximately 30 states! I’ve also partnered to start a small business on the side creating, Welding, and building smoker grills. They’ve given me skills that opened doors for myself and my family! I’m self reliant and independent. Thank you TWS!
